Our structured mentorship program pairs PF scholars with mentors from diverse professional backgrounds worldwide,
creating a supportive and inspiring mentorship experience.
As a mentor, you will commit to meeting online for a minimum of 2 hours per month for 12 months, guiding your mentee
through SMART goal setting, career exploration, and personal development strategies.

We are looking for Christian professionals and industry leaders who are passionate about investing in the next generation. To be eligible, you must:
Be 30 years or older
Have at least 7 years of professional experience
Be fluent in English
Commit to a 12-month mentorship program
Be willing to mentor a secondary or tertiary-level scholar
Be a member of The Elevation Church or a living church
To ensure a productive and enriching mentorship experience, mentors must:
Engage in Monthly Meetings – Dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per month to virtual mentorship sessions.

Contribute to Program Evaluations – Take part in interim and end-of-program surveys to improve the program.
Follow the Code of Conduct – Adhere to PF Mentorship Program guidelines and uphold the values of integrity, respect, and accountability.
