Fortune is one of three children being raised by her single mother. Her mother, who used to sell goods on the street, fell ill and now lives in a church for treatment.
Before joining the Kids-Off-The-Street (KOTS) Shelter, Fortune had to care for herself and faced many dangers. Today, her strong academic potential shines bright. Though shy and quiet, Fortune dreams big and wants to become a doctor.
