Deborah is a twin who arrived at the Kids-Off-The-Street (KOTS) Shelter with her sister Favour when they were just under 8 years old. Their father works as a bricklayer and their mother sells food. They live with three siblings in the challenging environment of Aboki Estate Shanties, dangerously close to a brothel.
Despite these hardships, Deborah is quietly determined and dreams of becoming a lawyer. She is shy but affectionate and shows strong leadership potential.
