Victor lost his mother and now lives with his father and baby sister. He has faced many challenges, including falling behind in school because of these hardships. Despite these difficulties, Victor is making steady progress at the Kids-Off-The-Street (KOTS) Shelter. He loves telling stories and playing football, and he dreams of becoming a professional player one day.
